UWC runs on a five-phase pipeline. Some steps fire automatically. Some require a human review. Every phase ends with a sign-off before the next one starts.
The agents below are the ones we lean on at each phase. They draft scope, surface risk, check brand fit, and flag accessibility issues before anything ships. Joshua reviews their output before a result reaches you.
Phase 01
Discovery
You fill out a short form. The intake agent scores it for fit, drafts a kickoff brief, and routes it to a human reviewer (Joshua) before anything is sent back. You hear back within a business day with a recommendation, a fixed price, and the next step.
Governance agents
AI drafts are reviewed by Joshua before they ship. The pipeline accelerates the work; it does not replace the human review gate.
